How To Register
It's very easy to register as a new patient. Registration can either be done over the phone or by visiting our practice. For registration, we will simply need the following:
- Personal details
- NHS Number *beneficial
- A list of prescribed medication
- Medical history * to be completed at the practice at your first appointment
Registration times are between Monday to Friday, 9.00am - 5.30pm
* NHS appointments are subject to availability
